Terms & Conditions - Queen City Cleanup will ask for agreement on these terms begore scheduling rental.

Rental Duration & Pickup:

• Weekend rentals include drop-off Friday and pickup Monday morning.

• No pickups or drop-offs will be scheduled on Sundays.

• Extended rentals (5+ days) are available upon request.

Area of Service

• A 25 mile radius of Mooresville is included in the delivery and pick-up of trailer. Outside of that radius will have the following fees:

• Half Day Rentals = $2/mile, one way

• Full Day and Weekend rentals = $3/mile, one way
ex.) a Full Day Rental from 29 miles away will be charged for the 4 miles outside of 25 mile radius ($12/per trip)

• Extended rentals (5+ days) are available upon request.

Weight & Disposal:

• Each rental includes 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal.

• $50 per additional ton, rounded up.

• Overloaded trailers may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.

Loading Requirements:

• Do not exceed the top rail of the trailer.

• Load must be evenly distributed and covered with the included tarp.

• Trailers returned overloaded or with unbalanced loads may be subject to additional charges or refusal of pickup.

Prohibited Materials:

The following items cannot be loaded into the trailer under any circumstances, per Iredell County Waste Facility regulations:

• Aluminum cans

• Antifreeze

• Electronics (TVs, monitors, computers, printers, etc.)

• Lead-acid batteries

• Motor oil and used oil filters

• Plastic bottles (except oil bottles)

• White goods (appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.)

• Whole tires

• Wooden pallets

• Yard waste (leaves, grass clippings, brush, branches, etc.)

If any of these prohibited materials are found in the trailer, the customer is responsible for all fines, penalties, or additional fees assessed by the landfill or transfer station.

Customer Responsibility:

• Customer is liable for any landfill violations, overweight loads, or improper items.

• Any extra dump fees or violations will be invoiced.

• If the trailer is inaccessible at the time of pickup, a return trip fee may apply.

Deposit & Payment:

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all rentals.

• Balance is due at time of trailer pickup.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Damage Liability:

• Customers are responsible for any damage to the trailer or included equipment during the rental period.
